Kaye Koyo was recorded at Decca West Africa, 30, Lawani Street, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria under the label of Ibukun Orisun-Ise records in December 1978 while the album was composed by C.A.C. Good Women Choir, Ibadan. led By Mrs D.A. Fasoyin. “Kaye Koyo” was the 3rd album of C.A.C. Good Women Choir, Ibadan and also the group’s first seasonal combined album of Christmas and Easter songs to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ and the death and resurrection of Him. The album had 6 wonderful tracks that sang about the birth of Jesus and His death and resurrection. The album “Kaye Koyo” meaning “Let The Earth Rejoice” is taken from the bible verse in Isaiah 9:6 “….For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace…..”

Mo Nwoju Olorun audio track was recorded in April 1978 at Dacca West Africa, 30, Lawani Street, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria under the record label of Ibukun Orisun-Iye records. by C.A.C. Good Women Choir, Ibadan. Led By Mrs D.A. Fasoyin. Mo Nwoju Olorun was the 2nd album of C.A.C. Good Women, Choir, Ibadan and had 7 soul edifying tracks . . .

“Mo Nwoju Olorun” meaning “Am Looking Up Unto The Lord” is an album that is dedicated to people looking unto the Lord for the fruit of the womb. And by God’s grace, there has been so many testimonies from people about how the Lord had answered their prayers after listening to the track “Mo Nwoju Olorun” The track “Mo Nwoju Olorun” was taken from the bible verse in Hebrews 12:2 “…..Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God…..” Apart from Mo Nwoju Olorun track, every other tracks in the album set to seek God’s face in one situation or the other and God as ever before, proof Himself in the lives of those that use these tracks to pray. Fasoyin on the 17th November 1979 at Decca West Africa, 30, Lawani Street, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria under the label of Ibukun Orisun Ise Records Company. The album was eventual released to the general public in January 1980 The album was the choir fifth release and is made popular because of the new year prayers in the song The album is a most have for every family because of the New Year prophesy in the song. Odun Yi Atura album is a 9 track powerful prayer songs which many people have testified to as having done wonders in their lives, families, businesses and so on. Odun Yi Atura and the tracks made the entire album powerful to the extent that as soon as the New Year is approaching, people begin to look for the album for their personal use and prayers. Odun Nlo Sopin” song is one of the Christ Apostolic Church choruses, sang in all their churches in Ibadan and district whenever end of the year is approaching. The Music was repackaged along with additional two verses according to the leading of the holy spirit and this makes it the regular prayer songs towards the end of every year . . .

The album “Odun Nlo Sopin” was recorded on the 29 June 1979 at Decca West Africa, 30, Lawani Street, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria under Ibukun Orisun Iye Record label. The album was the fourth release of the Choir. When about 50 women left Ibadan on the 28th June 1979 for Lagos with the intention of participating in the recording of Odun Nlo Sopin, little did they know that only 15 of them will eventually make it to the studio for the recording because the engineers at the studio (Decca) then, did another audition for each member of the choir before they were certified as qualified to participate in the process of recording. The above process applied to waxing/releasing of all the 25 albums produced by the choir. There was no special process or procedure embark upon when the choir were about preparing for the recording of Odun Nlo Sopin. As was the custom of the choir when preparing for any of their releases, they go to the mountain top to fast, pray and wait to hear from God before fixing a date with their producer. This was exactly what they did when they were about going for the recording of Odun Nlo Sopin Odun Nlo Sopin is a prayer song that solicit God’s supernatural protection for the person that listen to the song and by the grace of God, there has been so many testimonies home and abroad of people returning glory back to God for protection when they listen to the song. It is God’s grace that makes Odun Nlo Sopin stand out of the remaining 24 releases of Good Women Choir, Ibadan. When the song was recorded in 1979, the choir never knew that they were on the journey to make history and that the song will continue to be relevant even for decades and decades to come. And out of the 15 women that recorded Odun Nlo Sopin in 1979, only 5 including their leader are still alive. Perhaps it could be that God saw the resolute of these women to serve Him wholeheartedly even with their substances because back then, they do not go into the ministry because of financial gain but with the heart to serve God. This act, we believe is the reason God placed His hand on the song Odun Nlo Sopin and made it a Global Brand which will continue to be relevant from generation to generation. This is GREAT GRACE. For example, it came as a surprise to the choir when on the 15th October 1980 their producer informed them that they should come and collect the first royalty for Odun Nlo Sopin which was about N50,000.00 then. But because they were not money minded, they told their producer to use the money to buy musical instrument for the choir use. This was how the choir was able to acquire Davoli musical instrument, Toyota Coaster bus and a pickup van to convey their instruments. Odun Nlo Sopin album is a seven (7) powerful prayer tracks which has work wonders and will still continue to work more wonders in the lives of people. Glory be to God. Halleluyah!
